Each kind of pane is its own line. Your written quote is for the panes you actually have, on the first and second floors.
Inside and out
Both sides, with the frame and sill wiped.

Included in both: the glass, the frame and sill wiped, tracks wiped, and screens rehung where listed. Not included: paint or etching removal, outside glass above the second floor and skylights. A visit under the minimum is brought up to it, on its own line.

No charge to move a visit for rain or ice. We text the evening before.
